Joe FantuzziPresident and Chief Executive Officer
Joe drives the company’s overall business direction, strategy, and execution. He reports to the RiskVision Board of Directors. He is an expert in creating high-growth, venture-backed businesses in emerging technology markets, and has helped building over $3 billion in market valuation as an executive for industry leading companies throughout his career.
Bringing 25 years of software experience to RiskVision, Joe was CEO at Workshare™ (security software) for nearly 5 years, growing new sales by 400% and customers from 3,500 to 11,000, including 62% of the Fortune 1000, establishing a household name in the content security space. Previous to Workshare, Joe was CEO at Liquid Engines&trade (financial management software), now a division of Thomson Reuters™ (TRI). Here he created a strategic cash and tax planning solution for global enterprises. Prior, Joe was co-founder and CEO at NetDialog™ (software-as-a-service-based Customer Relationship Management), and sold it to KANA™ for $100 million in 1999. Prior to NetDialog, he was General Manager at Autodesk® (ADSK) Discreet™ (3-D graphics software), growing that business unit market share from 20% to 65% over 3 years. Joe was also Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Macromedia® (ADBE) from inception, to private-private merger, through its public offering, and Director of International Sales and Marketing at Interleaf™ (BVSN), then Inc’s 7th fastest growing company in America.

Joe holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Tufts University in Boston, MA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA.

Jean-François DubéVice President Engineering
Jean-François is responsible for managing the global engineering and quality assurance organizations in accordance with the strategic and financial objectives of RiskVision. In addition, he oversees the company’s cloud and IT operations across the U.S. and India. Jean-François brings close to 16 years of engineering experience to RiskVision.
Prior to his promotion to Vice President of Engineering, Jean-François served as RiskVision’s Senior Director of Engineering and was also part of the company’s founding team. Before RiskVision, Jean-François was Software Engineering Manager at Finisar® Corporation, where he worked over four years. There he led a software engineering team that developed and maintained the company’s test instrument products for fiber optics and gigabit speed protocols. Previously, Jean-François held software engineering positions with Impresse, Agilient Technologies™, and HP®.

Jean-François holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal (University of Montréal). His innovative work as earned him eight patents throughout his career.

Keith HigginsChief Marketing Officer
Keith brings to RiskVision over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in hyper-growth technology and services companies. Keith joined RiskVision from Sourcebits, where he was head of marketing and business development. Prior to that, Keith was CEO of Canary Learning, a company focused on mobile learning.
Keith was CMO at Symphony Teleca Corporation (STC), playing an instrumental role in helping the company double its revenues organically and inorganically, resulting in one of the largest services acquisitions in recent history by Harman. Before STC, Keith was SVP of Marketing at Aricent, and has held senior sales and marketing positions at StrataCom, Cisco, and Copper Mountain Networks.

Leo HeckeVice President of Worldwide Sales and Services
Leo is an accomplished technology sales executive, with over 25 years of start-up and multi-national company experience, most recently with Cisco Systems running the Data and Analytics Sales team. Leo came to Cisco via the $180M acquisition of Composite Software where he helped build the sales organization, consistently increasing the revenues year over year, principally from Fortune 1000 accounts.
Prior to Composite Software, Leo held various sales leadership positions at FICO and was the General Manager of the Decision Management business unit. He ran the Americas Sales team at ILOG, where he helped the company break the $160M mark, resulting in an acquisition by IBM. Prior to ILOG, Leo ran OEM/Partner business for Blaze Software and built the strategic partnerships that helped take the company public and subsequently get acquired for $650M. Leo enjoys outdoor sports and is a passionate skier, who has visited some of the best spots in the world!

Cassandra HoSenior Director Finance and Human Resources
Prior to joining RiskVision, Cassandra served as controller of ProactiveNet™, a business management software company. At ProactiveNet Cassandra was responsible for daily accounting and all critical financial activities. She also played a key role in the acquisition of the company by BMC Software Inc, serving as a revenue recognition accounting manager after the transaction closed.
Before ProactiveNet, Cassandra held various progressive finance and accounting roles with Sun Microsystems® (acquired by Oracle®) and Quester Technology, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer (acquired by Canon™).

Cassandra holds a master of business administration degree in Finance from Golden Gate University, and a bachelor of science degree in Economics from University of California, Davis.

Martin JaffeSenior Director of Business Operations
Martin is responsible for driving improvements and efficiency to business operations, including the deployment and optimization of a company-wide CRM system for unified business processes, operational support for the sales and support organizations, business intelligence and data analysis for executive staff, and review of customer, vendor, and partner contracts in collaboration with the company’s outside legal counsel.
Martin brings more than 20 years of hands-on operational experience with high technology companies to RiskVision.

Prior to joining RiskVision, Martin was consulting with Silicon Valley corporations to streamline their sales operations and set up their CRM systems. Before then, Martin was Director of Sales Operations and Customer Care at Plastic Logic™. At Plastic Logic he planned, implemented, and managed all customer-facing processes and systems to support product ordering, customer service, and customer support. Before then, he was a Sales Planning Consultant at SanDisk® Corporation. Prior to SanDisk, he was Vice President of Sales Operations and Customer Support at ALOHA Networks, leading sales operations, support, and supply chain functions including revenue and margin plans, budgets, price lists, product bundles, and review of all licensing contracts. Prior, Martin worked at a number of technology companies, including eRemote (Co-Founder and CEO), Mitsubishi Electric®Corporation (Assistant Vice President), Radius™ Inc. (Director of Operations and Customer Support), Sun Microsystems® (Director of Worldwide Field Operations), Daisy Systems™ (International Business Manager), Xerox® Corporation (Senior International Business Manager), and Frost & Sullivan (Research and Investment Manager).

Martin holds a Master of Business Administration degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts in French from University of California, Santa Barbara.

Nina SaberiBoard Member - Founder and General Partner, Castile Ventures
Nina Saberi is the Founder and Managing General partner of early stage venture capital firm Castile Ventures. An industry veteran with extensive investment and operational experience, Ms. Saberi entered the venture community as a General Partner of OneLiberty.
Prior to OneLiberty Ventures, Ms. Saberi was president and CEO of venture-backed Netlink, acquired by Cabletron as one of the top three acquisitions of its year. During her operating career, she successfully led Amnet to its acquisition, managed an international joint venture for Data General and Singapore Telecom and held executive marketing and engineering positions at BBN and Avanti Communications.

In addition to RiskVision, Ms. Saberi’s investments include companies such as Ahura Scientific (acquired by Thermo Fisher), ChosenSecurity (acquired by PGP/Symantec), and Quantiva (acquired by NetScout). She also led Castile’s investments in Sonus (NASDAQ: SONS), Network Intelligence (acquired by EMC), and Trapeze Networks (acquired by Belden) and was an investor and director at Brix Networks (acquired by EXFO), GeoTrust (acquired by VeriSign), and Stargus (acquired by C-COR), where she was also the chair.

Ms. Saberi is the Chair of the Advisory Council at the University of Rhode Island’s College of Engineering where she received her BS in Electrical Engineering.

Cliff HiggersonBoard Member - Venture Partner, Walden International
Cliff Higgerson has more than 35 years of experience in research, consulting, planning, and venture investing. Combining the market insight of an analyst with a keen ability to identify blockbuster technologies early in their development, Mr. Higgerson has backed some of the most successful companies in the communications industry.
Recent investments and board seats include Astute Networks, Hatteras Networks, Kotura, Lambda OpticalSystems, Ygnition, and Xtera Communications. Prior investments include industry leaders such as Advanced Fibre Communications (NASDAQ: AFCI); America Online; Ciena (NASDAQ: CIEN); Digital Island (acquired by Cable & Wireless); Digital Microwave, now Stralex Networks (NASDAQ: STXN); Tellabs (NASDAQ: TLAB); MCI (NASDAQ: MCIP); Octel (NYSE: OTL); and Tut Systems (NASDAQ: TUTS).

Prior to Walden International, Mr. Higgerson was a Founding Partner of ComVentures and a General Partner with Vanguard Venture Partners. He has also served as a Managing Partner and Director of Research for Hambrecht & Quist, and as a Special Limited Partner and Director of the Communications Group for L.F. Rothschild, Unterberg, Towbin.

Mr. Higgerson holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley and a BS from the University of Illinois.

Kip MyersBoard Member - Partner, Red Rock Ventures
Kip Myers is a successful venture investor and entrepreneur. Prior to Red Rock, Mr. Myers was a Partner in Vanguard III, IV and V over a fourteen year period.
Previously, he was Founder and Vice President of Engineering and Marketing of Plexus Computers. Mr. Myers also co-founded Onyx Systems. Earlier he served as an Engineering Manager at Zilog.

Kip earned an M.B.A. and a B.S.E.E. from U.C. Berkeley.

W. Michael West Independent Board Member
Mike West has more than 30 years of experience in driving private and public high-tech companies to be among the leaders in their markets. Currently, Mr. West serves on the board for NES Financial and chairs the non-profit board of trustees for William Jessup University, and serves on the board and Exec Committee of the non-profit Pro Athletes Outreach (PAO).
Over the past 17 years, he served on numerous boards i.e. deCarta, acquired by Uber 2015; Dialogic (NASDAQ: DLGC), taken private 2014; and Right Hemisphere, acquired by SAP in 2011. Previously, he was chairman of the board of directors for Extreme Networks (NASDAQ: EXTR) as well as director for Larscom Inc. (acquired by Verilink), Reconnex (acquired by McAfee), and netDialog (acquired by Kana).
Mr. West held executive positions with telecommunication companies such as VINA Technologies, Octel Communications and ROLM Corporation. From 2002 to 2003, he served as CEO of VINA Technologies, Inc., and served as its executive chairman from 1999 to 2003. Served as EVP Lucent technologies 1997-1998 following Lucent’s acquisition of Octel Communications.  From 1995-1997 president, COO and a director of Octel Communications, after serving as executive vice president from 1986 to 1995. He held multiple positions with ROLM Corporation from 1979 to 1986.

Bryan WolfBoard Observer - Vice President and Managing Director, Intel Capital
Bryan Wolf is managing director of Intel Capital’s Datacenter, Cloud Infrastructure, Networking, Security, and Storage investment sectors. He is also a voting member of Intel Capital’s investment committee.
Since joining Intel Capital in 1997, Mr. Wolf and his team have invested in and managed exits for a number of companies including Accertify (acquired by American Express), Fulcrum Microsystems (acquired by Intel Corporation), LogMeIn (IPO on NASDAQ), Mellanox Technologies (IPO on NASDAQ), Perspecsys (acquired by Blue Coat Systems), Rapid Bridge (acquired by Qualcomm), Solera Networks (acquired by Blue Coat Systems), Virident (acquired by Western Digital), and Virtustream (acquired by EMC). Prior to joining Intel Capital Mr. Wolf spent several years in operational finance with Intel Corporation, where he was most recently a finance controller for the Enterprise Platform Group.

Mr. Wolf holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a BS in Political Science from the University of Oregon.

Pravin KothariBoard Observer - Founder and Chief Executive Officer, CipherCloud
Pravin Kothari is a security visionary and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in successfully bringing new products to market in information security.
Mr. Kothari is Chief Executive Officer at CipherCloud, a leader in cloud encryption that is removing the data privacy, residency, security, and compliance barriers to cloud adoption for enterprises worldwide. Prior to founding CipherCloud in 2010, he was founder, Chief Technology Officer, and Interim-CEO of RiskVision. Previously, Mr. Kothari was co-founder and Vice President of Engineering of ArcSight, a leading security company, where he led product development for five years from inception to market dominance. ArcSight was acquired by HP in 2010 for over $1.5 Billion. Prior to ArcSight, Mr. Kothari was co-founder and Chief Architect at Impresse Corporation. He has also held technical leadership positions at Verity, Attachmate, and Tata Consultancy Services.

Mr. Kothari holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Bombay. He is a certified information systems auditor (CISA), certified information systems security professional (CISSP), and charter member of TiE, a global organization dedicated to the advancement of entrepreneurship.
